SETPOM operates through a transparent governance framework that promotes accountability, professionalism and democratic decision-making.
The society is constituted to be run by a Global Working Council (GWC), which devolves responsibilities to national and local chapters. This gives SETPOM a global outlook while still recognizing local and regional environmental realities.
